This high-energy class focuses on classic and contemporary jazz technique while encouraging confidence, style, and performance quality. Dancers will build strength, flexibility, coordination, and musicality through dynamic combinations, across-the-floor progressions, and choreography. Expect upbeat music, expressive movement, and a fun, empowering environment where adults can challenge themselves, let loose, and rediscover the joy of dance — no matter their experience level
